PaperHanger lets you automatically
use your favorite electronic images as the Windows
wallpaper picture, and helps you manage image files
on your computer.
First, it lets you organize your pictures into 'Subjects',
like Vacation, Family, Art ... and you determine what
the Subjects are.
Then, you assign what percentage of the time you want
to see a picture from each Subject, and how often you'd
like PaperHanger to change your wallpaper picture for
you ... and you're ready to go.
You can even tell PaperHanger which pictures
are your "favorites", which pictures you
want displayed on special dates, and what color "frames" you
want around your pictures on the Windows desktop! This
framing feature produces some truly spectacular desktops.
And you don't have to wait for PaperHanger to automatically
change the picture, you can select a random picture
