AuctionPrime's "Select" Tab (on the Items of Interest screen),
is one of its most powerful benefits to you.

You can create customized lists of auctions by any combination
of Category, Status, Auction, Tracking Purpose, or by any
"One Of" groups you have created.
This makes it easy to see a list of items you've bought
but have yet to pay for, items you've paid for but haven't
yet received, items on which you currently have the high bid
... in fact, pretty much any combination you can conceive
of is possible.
Just as with the Sort dialog, the top half of the Select
dialog gives you a list of pre-defined selections to make
things easy on you. If one of these fits the bill, just click
on it to select it, and then click "Apply Selections".
You can just double click in the list to apply the selection
automatically.
Also, you can use the check box lists at the bottom of the
dialog box to make your own custom selections. Just check
as many of the items in each of the five lists as you'd like,
then click "ApplySelections". Your list of items will be modified
to match the selections you made. The lists at the bottom
work in conjunction with the standard selections, so you can
highlight one of the standard selections in the top list by
clicking it, and then further refine that selection with the
lists below.
When you fill in the Item Name Contains box, AuctionPrime
will search auction item names for the exact phrase you type
in the box. Clicking the Include Descriptions checkbox
will cause the search to extend into the saved item descriptions
also. The Clear Item Search button is an easy way to
clear the search text and enter a different search. It even
sets the focus into the text entry box for you! Finally, when
you've typed the search text you want, just hit the enter
key. The search will be performed and the list of search results
automatically displayed for you. Again, this search feature
works in combination with all the others on the page.
At any time, if you don't like the list of selections you've
been building, you can just click Reset Selections,
and then start again.
If the Item List doesn't show any items when you think it
should, you may inadvertantly have too many things at work
on the Select Tab. Click the Reset Selections button
and try again.
If you've created a Custom Biew that you think you'll be
reusing, you can save it for future use. Just select "Save
Current View As ..." from the File Menu, and type in a name
for your Custom View. From then on it will be displayed in
the Custom Views list on the Select Tab.
To Delete a Custom View, select it and either right click,
or select "Delete Custom View" from the File Menu.
